Initial investment estimates stated in our 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD) range between $121,630 and $159,616. These financial requirements vary based on factors such as location, size of territory, and local market conditions. Our FDD provides comprehensive details about the initial franchise fee, ongoing royalties, and other potential costs associated with becoming a Lawn Squad franchise owner.

While prior experience in the industry is beneficial, it's not a strict requirement. Our comprehensive training program is designed to equip franchisees with the knowledge and skills needed to succeed, regardless of their background. Lawn Squad can help you identify any certifications you may need to open a lawn care business.. A strong work ethic, passion for customer service, and willingness to learn are essential qualities we value.

We also offer a reduced franchise fee of $5,000 for women, minority, or individuals of the LGBTQ+ community businesses with our Diversity Discount. Discounts may not be combined. This discount is for the first franchise only.
